I purchased the device for my husband to use for work. He is a long distance truck driver. The device it self works well, is easy to read, and figure out, even for a person who is not gaget savy.

My only complaint would be the shipping time was over a week for delivery When we turn it on for the first time, it was loaded with the wrong MAPS, it did not include the USA and Canada, after a call to customer service they were able to resolve the issue.

Also, then we realized the adapter that was sent in the box was not for the car, therefore my husband could not use the device for more then 4 hrs without recharging, we called customer service once again they sent the correct car adapter out, which took another 8-9 days. So after about 3 weeks of waiting to fully use his new device my husband is satisfied. I have recommended this system to others.
