You can pair this device with your cell phone or other bluetooth devices, or you can use it to track where you go, or where someone else goes. its very tiny. I used it to track my off road adventures, it works quite well. It is in like new condition, I only used it for 3 months in california.

you get the reciever, battery, USB cable, home charger, car charger, manual, cd, and car mount which is still in plastic. It works great, the only thing I will say is that sometimes it takes a minute to initailze, or whatever its doing, of course that was in the deep woods too so your mileage may vary. It is working but is sold as is. If purchased by 3pm PST I will ship the same day.
